story
It all started with a dream…
a 1/2 barrel system, and two firefighters (Jason and Casey) looking for relief from the rigors of their jobs. As friends and co-workers, they were passionate about learning the art of craft beer. After winning first place at the Dicks Brewing "Beer for a Cure" event with their HoseChaser Blonde, they decided to pursue brewing professionally. After conducting research and market analysis, they opened Top Rung Brewing in April 2014.
The integrity, dedication, and drive that Jason and Casey bring to their roles as firefighters have carried over into the brewery, inspiring every batch of beer and ensuring customers have a great experience whether in the taproom or grabbing a can of Top Rung beer at the store.
